Bianco Brain and Spine now has a Patient Portal!

Bianco Brain and Spine has moved to Athena One and it provides a patient portal. This means you will have access to your data at any time! You can view and print your records, update your medications and medical data for our office, and elect to share your records from our office with your other providers.

Please call our office to request access to your portal and we will email you a link ASAP. Otherwise, when you come into our office for your next appointment, we will ask you for your email address and a link will be sent to you then.

Also, another great feature we now have is automated appointment reminders. You will now receive emails, calls, and texts about your appointments should you elect to receive that service. This is a great feature as it allows you more control over your appointments and you will have 3 opportunities to verify and make changes before your scheduled appointment!

We hope these changes create less stress and work for our patients and we hope this helps to propel us into the advancing technological age. We will still be more than happy to assist our patients in our usual manner as requested so just let us know if that is what you would like.
